AI TRY-ON provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows users to:

• Upload personal photos and clothing images
• Generate AI-powered try-on previews
• Save and manage try-on history
• Download generated images

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any law or regulation
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload content containing nudity, violence, or harmful material
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the API directly

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and generate AI outputs based on your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 7 days (Free plan) or 30 days (Paid plans). We never share or sell your personal images to third parties.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions include:

• 7-day free trial on all paid plans
• Monthly billing cycle
• Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TRY-ON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
