By accessing and using Magggic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Magggic provides a virtual try-on product that allows users to upload images and generate AI-assisted visual previews.

• Upload personal photos and clothing images
• Generate virtual try-on results
• Save or delete history according to plan limits

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content uploaded through your account and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use it.

• Upload only images you own or are authorized to use
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
• Do not submit photos of individuals without permission

4. Prohibited Users and Biometric Restrictions

Residents of Illinois, Texas, and Washington may be subject to additional legal restrictions concerning biometric or facial-data-related processing.

• We may restrict, suspend, or deny Service access where legal requirements cannot be satisfied for a specific jurisdiction or use case
• We do not build persistent biometric templates for identity recognition from your uploads; processing is limited to generating requested try-on output
• If legal restrictions apply to you, contact support@magggic.com for account closure and data deletion assistance

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Uploaded source images are auto-deleted within 24 hours
• We never use your uploaded photos for AI model training
• Generated outputs are retained based on your plan or until deleted by you

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors.

• Free previews are available on the free plan before you choose a paid plan
• Billing and cancellation are managed through the billing portal
• Refunds, if offered, are subject to our policy and applicable consumer law

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generated results are visual references and may not be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magggic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms and may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or legal risk.
