Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Magggic is operated by XIONGLIANGLIANG, an individual operator established in the People's Republic of China. Business address: Room 1703, Building 2C, Hechengjiaye Mingyuan, Yangmei Road, Bantian Sub‑district, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China. By accessing the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Magggic for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Magggic provides AI image prompts, reference-image workflows, image generation, asset storage, public galleries, and related creator tools. Generation requests may be processed by APIMart and the selected third-party AI model provider. Model availability, processing time, supported formats, and output quality can change.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on it or using it commercially.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not sell, transfer, share, or use another person's account without permission.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged each month. Yearly subscriptions are charged for the full year upfront and provide the displayed monthly credit allowance each month. By subscribing, you authorize Waffo Pancake and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method at the start of each billing period until cancellation.

Subscription credits refresh monthly, expire at the end of that monthly credit period, and do not roll over. Current plan prices, credit allowances, annual savings, taxes, and model access are shown before checkout. All listed prices are in United States dollars (USD).

5. One-time credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Non-subscribers receive the displayed base credits. Any active Starter, Pro, or Studio subscriber receives the pack-specific bonus displayed before checkout: 30% for Spark, 40% for Boost, 50% for Creator, or 60% for Power.

Purchased base credits and subscriber bonus credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be used only inside Magggic. Credits are consumed in this order: subscription credits first, then bonus credits, then purchased credits.

6. Payment processing and taxes

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners. Magggic does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Your bank statement may use a billing descriptor provided at checkout.

Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, withholding, or similar charges are calculated based on the transaction and customer location. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

7. Cancellation and renewal

After billing is enabled, you may cancel online through the subscription controls in Account Settings. If those controls are temporarily unavailable, email support@magggic.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Canceling a subscription stops future subscription-credit grants. Purchased base credits and bonus credits already granted from a credit pack remain available until their original 12-month expiration date. Annual subscribers receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before renewal where required by law, in addition to payment-provider notices.

8. Refund policy

For a first subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days if no more than 5% of the subscription credits included in the first monthly credit period have been used. For a one-time credit pack, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days only if none of its base or bonus credits have been used. Submit requests to support@magggic.com with the account email and transaction details.

We also correct duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and charges that applicable law requires us to refund. Refunds are not available for used credits, completed generations, change of mind after the applicable window, policy violations, or account suspension, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days; approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

9. Generation failures and credit restoration

Credits are charged when a generation task starts. If Magggic records that the model request or permanent image storage failed, the related credits are automatically restored to the original credit buckets. A result that is technically completed but does not match a subjective preference is not a generation failure.

10. Your content and AI outputs

You retain the rights you have in prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. You grant Magggic a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Magggic does not use your private content to train a Magggic model without separate consent, but third-party AI providers process submitted content under their own terms and privacy policies.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs. Magggic does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular commercial or regulated use. If you publish a creation, you authorize Magggic to display it with the related prompt, profile, and creation details until you withdraw it or it is removed under these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

Before task creation and credit charging, generation prompts are scanned by Waffo Prompt Sift. Only an allow result proceeds; review, block, or an unavailable scan service stops the request. Reference images and generation requests remain subject to APIMart and the selected AI model provider's safety controls. Public artwork submissions require human approval before publication, and reported or flagged content may be reviewed again and removed.

Report suspected violations to support@magggic.com with the artwork URL or identifier, the reason, and supporting context. We classify the report, review the evidence, decide and apply an appropriate action, and notify the reporter when reasonably possible. Urgent child-safety, terrorism, or imminent-harm reports are prioritized.

• Do not generate sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation, or content that infringes copyright or trademark rights.
• Do not use the service for terrorism, extremism, mass violence, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, fraud, scams, malicious deception, exploitation, or other illegal activity.
• Do not submit content you lack permission to use or generate content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or child-safety rights. CSAM and sexualized content involving minors are subject to zero tolerance.
• Do not bypass security, usage, payment, or rate limits; scrape protected areas; distribute malware; reverse engineer restricted systems; or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not resell accounts or credits, manipulate refunds, initiate abusive payment disputes, or use multiple accounts to obtain benefits repeatedly.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect users or the service, respond to fraud or chargebacks, comply with law, or prevent harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. You may stop using Magggic or request account deletion through available account controls.

13. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Magggic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a model, or a specific output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magggic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Magggic during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact support@magggic.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes are submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile in China.

If you are a consumer outside China, this governing-law clause does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in your country or region of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing rules, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes where reasonably possible. Changes required by law or needed to prevent abuse may take effect sooner.
