Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards, moderation, reporting, enforcement, and appeals for AI image generation and public artworks on Magggic.

Effective date: August 10, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, reference images, generated or edited images, public artwork submissions, profile content, and any other material created, uploaded, stored, published, or shared through Magggic. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every account and visitor using the service.

Magggic is an independent AI image creation platform. Generated results are AI-created. Image requests are currently processed through APIMart using supported models including GPT Image 2, Seedream 5.0 Pro, and Nano Banana Pro. Magggic is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or an official application of those model providers.

  • See the current models, exact provider model IDs, and safety flow.

2. Prohibited content

  • Sexual, pornographic, or NSFW content, including sexual services, explicit nudity, fetish content, or sexualized depictions without consent.
  • Graphic violence or gore, including content that celebrates, instructs, or meaningfully facilitates severe physical harm.
  • Hate speech or hateful abuse targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any content that exploits or endangers a child. This category is subject to zero tolerance.
  • Non-consensual deepfakes, sexual deepfakes, identity impersonation, or deceptive use of a real person's face, voice, likeness, or identity.
  • Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

3. Zero-tolerance and other prohibited activity

  • Terrorist or extremist propaganda, recruitment, praise, operational assistance, or content intended to facilitate mass violence.
  • Instructions for building or obtaining weapons of mass destruction, or content that incites genocide or targeted mass harm.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive commercial practices, malicious impersonation, fabricated evidence, or deliberately misleading claims presented as authentic.
  • Spam, malware, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, privacy invasion, or attempts to bypass, probe, or defeat safety systems and usage restrictions.
  • Any unlawful content or activity, or content submitted without the rights and permissions required for its use.

4. Content moderation

Before Magggic creates a generation task or charges credits, the prompt is sent to Waffo Prompt Sift. Only an allow result proceeds. A review or block result stops the request, and Magggic also stops the request when the scan service is unavailable.

Reference images and allowed requests remain subject to APIMart and the selected AI model provider's safety controls. GPT Image 2.0 uses moderation: auto. A provider may block or refuse a request, or return no output, when it identifies a policy or safety risk.

Generated images remain private unless a user submits them for publication. Public artwork submissions do not publish automatically: they enter a review queue and require human approval. Reviewers may reject, hide, or remove content based on the prompt, image, reference-image use, account history, applicable law, and this Policy. Published content and moderation records may also be reviewed again after a report or safety signal.

5. How to report content

Report suspected violations to support@magggic.com with the subject “Content Report”. Include the artwork URL or identifier, the reason for the report, and any supporting context or evidence. Use “Urgent Safety Report” in the subject for suspected CSAM, imminent physical harm, terrorism, or another immediate safety threat.

We keep a reporter's identity confidential except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to investigate and protect users. Knowingly false, abusive, or repeated bad-faith reports may themselves lead to account restrictions.

6. Review and response process

After receiving a report, we identify the content, assign a safety level, review the available evidence, decide whether the Policy was violated, apply an appropriate action, and notify the reporter when reasonably possible. We may preserve relevant records while an investigation or legal request is pending.

We aim to begin reviewing urgent child-safety, terrorism, or imminent-harm reports as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receipt. We aim to acknowledge other high-risk reports within 1 business day and ordinary reports within 3 business days, and to complete ordinary reviews within 7 business days. Complex cases, rights disputes, or matters involving law enforcement may take longer; when practical, we will explain a material delay.

7. Enforcement

  • Block a generation request, refuse or delete an output, reject a public submission, or remove published content.
  • Issue a warning, restrict generation or publication features, reduce access, or temporarily suspend an account while a review is pending.
  • Permanently terminate an account for zero-tolerance content, serious abuse, fraud, repeated violations, or attempts to evade enforcement.
  • Preserve evidence, cooperate with payment partners and lawful investigations, and report suspected criminal or child-exploitation material to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

8. Appeals

If you believe content or an account was restricted by mistake, email support@magggic.com within 14 calendar days of the notice with the affected account, artwork or decision identifier, and the reason you believe the decision should change. We will review the relevant evidence and correct confirmed errors.

9. Policy changes

We may update this Policy as the service, supported models, safety practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where reasonably possible, at least 14 days' advance notice. Changes needed to address abuse, safety incidents, or legal obligations may take effect sooner.
