We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: email and optional profile details
- Payment data: processed by third-party payment providers
- Uploaded content: your photos, clothing images, and generated results
- Technical data: device, browser, IP-derived region, usage logs
3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): image processing and optional cookies
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing your account, subscription, and try-on service
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): fraud prevention, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): service reliability, security, and abuse detection
4. AI Image Processing
We process uploaded images only to provide the virtual try-on service requested by you.
- Never used for training: we do not use your uploaded photos to train foundation models or internal AI models
- Upload deletion window: raw uploaded source images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Generated result retention: retained per plan policy (Free 7 days, Basic 30 days, Plus 90 days, Pro 180 days), unless you delete earlier
- Manual deletion: you can delete try-on history and outputs from your dashboard at any time
5. Cookies and Tracking
- Essential cookies: always enabled for login, security, and core features
- Analytics and personalization cookies: off by default until you explicitly consent
- You may change your cookie preferences at any time
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal photos. We share data only as necessary with:
- Infrastructure and AI service providers acting under contract
- Payment processors for billing and fraud controls
- Authorities when legally required
7. Security
We use safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No internet system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request:

- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
