Pricing & Credits FAQ
Straight answers about subscriptions, pack bonuses, expiry, and credit usage.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Monthly plans renew each month. Yearly plans charge the full annual amount upfront and grant credits monthly. Compared with paying monthly for a full year, Starter saves 30%, Pro saves 40%, and Studio saves 50%. Both billing options include every live image model.
How many bonus credits do subscribers receive?
Any active Starter, Pro, or Studio subscriber receives 30%, 40%, 50%, or 60% extra credits when buying the Spark, Boost, Creator, or Power pack. Larger packs unlock larger bonuses, and the exact bonus and total are shown before checkout.
How is the credit-pack bonus calculated?
The bonus depends only on the credit-pack tier, not the subscription tier. For example, any active subscriber buying Power receives 60% extra on the base 1,760 credits for 2,816 total. Non-subscribers receive the base credits only.
Do credit packs renew automatically?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically or change your subscription plan.
Are credits refunded if generation fails?
Yes. Credits are charged when the task starts and refunded automatically if model generation or permanent image storage fails. The task record will show the failure reason.
Do subscription, purchased, and bonus credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Base credits from a one-time pack and its subscriber bonus credits are both valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I keep purchased credits after canceling a subscription?
Yes. Canceling stops the next renewal and future subscription grants. Base and bonus credits already received from a pack keep their original 12-month validity.
Can subscriptions and credit packs be refunded?
A first subscription purchase may be refunded within 7 calendar days if no more than 5% of the subscription credits included in the first monthly credit period have been used. A one-time credit pack may be fully refunded within 7 calendar days only if none of its base or bonus credits have been used. Contact support@magggic.com from the account email. Mandatory statutory refund rights still apply.
How many credits does each model use?
Seedream 5.0 Pro uses 6 or 10 credits per 1K or 2K image. Nano Banana Pro uses 16, 16, or 26 credits per 1K, 2K, or 4K image. GPT Image 2.0 uses 22, 42, or 42 credits per 1K, 2K, or 4K image. Multiple outputs are charged per image, and the exact total is shown before generation.
Do prices include taxes?
All listed prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes are calculated at checkout based on location.
