Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
This Refund Policy explains cash refund rules and how Magggic handles credit returns for failed image generations.
1. Credit Refunds for Failed Generations
If a paid image generation fails after credits were deducted, Magggic should return the affected credits through the server-side credit ledger where the failure is eligible for compensation. This is a credit refund, not a cash refund.
2. Subscription Payments
- Subscription charges are generally final after purchase or renewal.
- You may request review of a first subscription purchase within 3 days if the account has used fewer than 50 paid subscription credits and no abuse, chargeback, or policy violation is involved.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Annual plans are billed yearly, but credits are released monthly. Future unreleased installment credits are not granted after a valid cancellation or payment failure.
3. One-Time Credit Packs
- One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable after delivery because they are digital credits made available immediately.
- Unused one-time pack credits may remain in your account unless the account is terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback, legal compliance, or a serious Terms violation.
- Duplicate charges, incorrect charge amounts, or non-delivery of purchased credits can be reviewed for correction or refund.
4. Welcome and Promotional Credits
- Welcome credits, free bonus credits, promotional credits, compensation credits, and manually granted credits have no cash value.
- These credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded to a payment method.
- Magggic may limit, revoke, or withhold promotional credits in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, automation, fraud, or policy violations.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after credits or subscription access has been delivered.
- Unused time after mid-cycle cancellation, unless required by law.
- Outputs that are subjective, stylistically different from expectation, or require prompt iteration but do not reflect a platform failure.
- Requests caused by user error, rights issues in user-provided inputs, violation of these policies, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
- Expired payment disputes, chargebacks handled outside support, or requests submitted after the review window.
6. How to Request Review
- Contact billing@magggic.com or support@magggic.com from the email address on your Magggic account.
- Include your account email, purchase date, plan or pack, transaction identifier if available, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- We may ask for additional information before approving a refund or credit correction.
- If approved, cash refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy for future purchases as Magggic, providers, payment processors, or laws change.
